Captree Island Mountain Holidays

I was really impressed when I walked into my room, very spacious and with a seating area separate from the bedroom. My room facing 55th Street, extremely quite through the night but there were loud men outside my windows picking up the garbage or some kind of work, laughing out loud, obnoxious jokes. Then early in the morning around 8am whoever were the guests across from my room. A family with children decided to improvise the hallway as their own playground and the parents did nothing to stop them running back n forth, yelling as if they owned the hotel!! After that family moment in front of my door, I could not go back to sleep. Next time I book with Shoreham I wanna make sure that no children are anywhere near my room. This was the one negative about my stay at this hotel, everything else was outstanding. I will return to stay with them again, my new favorite hotel.

Clean but noisy

Terrific location esp for hopping on the subway to get around. Was a really nice walk later at night after a loud evening with friends. Would def stay again.

Cozy, efficient, clean space, staff was exceptionally courteous and helpful

Room was super cute but warning no elevator so your suitcase has to go up multiple flights. They do have a porter who will help carry your bag up.

The hotel is in the best location. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I will definitely be coming back!

Atmosphere was amazing. Layout was incredibly unique. Will definitely be returning

5 star perfect place

Clean but noisy

Had another wonderful stay at the Rivington Hotel! I was welcomed by Dery and checked in with ease. He advised me that the bar was closed and that there would be complimentary wine served from 5-7 that evening which was very nice. The room was clean and smelled fresh. Great location too!

The bathtub was slippery and the tap was tight. I slipped and fell when trying to fix the tap and cracked a rib. The hotel just sent a bath tub mat but offered no compensation for the medical treatment i underwent in urgebnt care. They offered to fix the tap and probably fixed it.

From check in to check out, was very efficient, breakfast was very good, large selection! Everyone was very helpful! Will stay here again!
