Given the cleaning fee, we expected a higher level of cleanliness. Some of the mobile homes are also farther from the beach than depicted in the photos. There’s room for improvement in sustainability efforts, such as better recycling options and care for stray animals. That said, the location is excellent for visiting Paklenica National Park, and we appreciated the early check-in and free parking.

Nikolina’s apartment block is beautiful. We rented a two bedroom flat and it was spotless. There are two pools, loads of sun beds, chairs, tables and umbrellas. It is also a 2 minute walk to the beach. The town is a 20 min walk but we found it too hot and a bit dangerous with children so we got Ubers or Bolts. Nikolina is responsive and helpful. Thank you My only tip would be to be sure which apartment from the description specifically you have booked as the photos can be a bit misleading.

The facilities were all in excellent condition, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious, and the terrace at the front of the hotel was a lovely spot to relax with a drink while enjoying the sea views.

A relatively new and well-maintained hotel in Zadar, with the Old Town just a short boat-taxi ride away. The facilities were all in excellent condition, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately the property did not live up to the photos. No trolley to assist with luggage from car. Arriving a couple of hours earlier than check in told to go away and come back at 3 or return every half hour to see if room ready. No lift in hotel to assist with bags. The pool towels were worn and stained. The pool menus dirty. Pool staff were attentive. Room has been renovated which was nice as clean and tidy and the bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately the AC was not working the best. The breakfast tables were not wiped down which was uncomfortable. For us unfortunately the Property didn’t live up to its advertisement or cost after travelling across the Dalmatian coast in adults only hotels.
