Leo was great! He was very responsive to anything we needed. The apartments were clean and Leo made sure we had everything we needed.

Fantastic apartment, as described and spotlessly clean. Good air-conditioning. Easy check-in process, good comms. The rooftop pool and terrace was lovely, a welcome relief at the end of a hot day. Only small downside was traffic was sometimes noisy so bring ear plugs.

Place was beautiful , but drains in hotel was really bad smell… Also staff were not over friendly ..

Beautiful boutique hotel with super friendly staff. Some really nice touches; coffee to your room in the morning, air co that stays on when you go out, splash pool in rear yard. The location is in the heart of the old town, 10 mins walk to plaza de la Reina. We walked everywhere even in the 30+ degree heat. The breakfast was delicious and exactly what you would expect from a 5* hotel. The rooms were gorgeous. We were in 32 which had a massive bath, shower and toilet. Only slight downside was the couple next door were quite loud “all night” but the reception team tried to talk to them but they were ignorant. Nothing to do with the hotel. Just other rude guests. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Good hotel, bit of a distance to the city centre, we knew when booking it. Ten minutes to metro stop, 25 mins to city centre.

It was an unpleasant experience; the bed linens were dirty, the breakfast was meager, and the staff were inattentive.

AC did not work in the separate room but very manageable with fan. I will stay there again if ever return.
