Absolutely beautiful hotel. Perfect location one minute walk from Earl’s Court tube, but on a quiet and pretty road. Every member of staff was lovely, check in was super efficient and the common areas are very stylish and comfy. The room was so nice I found myself taking photos for home decor inspiration! There are nice toiletries, tea/coffee, complimentary water, slipper and lovely quality bedding and towels. I wouldn’t change a thing. I’d happily stay here again whenever I’m in London and I hope I get to very soon!

I didn’t have a great stay I ticked the good star. The thing about the Berkeley is it should be re-named as it bares no resemblance to the original Berkeley Hotel we first stayed in 30 years ago .It has gone through some great changes over the years the Blue bar and Collins room designed by David Collins and didn’t Sir Richard Roger’s design the entrance . Now you have the Collins room area that has nothing to do with the hotel and a strange mash up between the new Emory hotel owned by the May

Great location! Easy quick walk to Earls Ct. Underground and a bus stop is also close to the hotel. Room decor was a bit dated- it is planned for renovation soon though. Staff were helpful ,friendly and it was very clean. Kitchen stocked with coffee, tea, milk, paper towels, dishwasher and laundry soap. Also, dishes/glasses and some pans/utensils. This is a VERY old building, the elevator is tiny and old (you close and open the door and gate yourself). It’s quirky. If someone does not close it on the 3rd floor it’s stuck there. So you have to walk up the stairs and check each floor to see where it stopped. You can then get on and take it to your floor or just close it so it will work for others. The staff are very kind and offered to try and find out where it was stuck ( this happened to us twice), but we just took the stairs. The hallways are a bit broken up with doors and steps up and down. We had to go to the 5th floor then go through a few hallways and get to a back stairway and take that down one flight to our fourth floor room. We personally thought it was a fun unique experience, but if you have ANY physical limitations or if you bring huge heavy suitcases on vacation you need to make sure your room/ floor will work. It is not a very accessible building at all! I really enjoyed our stay and I would recommend it for the right people. If you are looking for fancy, this is not it! If you are looking for a great location, clean rooms, nice staff, this is perfect!

Excellent location, close to tube station but also walkable to shopping. Tesco and M&S food within few mins walk so easy to stock up if you wanted to use kitchen facilities. Apartment was very safe, modern bathroom and kitchen, few bars and restaurants within couple mins walk across road. Would recommend these apartments and would def stay again.

Great amenities and very courteous staff

Lovely, clean, comfortable room in an ideal location for our stay. Lovely, welcoming staff and excellent customer service. The breakfast was nice too, and regularly replaced items made it hot and fresh. Would recommend staying here again.

Very clean. Very modern 24/7 accessibility. Room key as a phone app was an amazing idea.
