A truly comfortable and pampered stay. David and Tonny do not have to do any effort to make your stay feel unique as they have in themselves the art of hosting. Great attention to detail; nothing goes unnoticed, from the small shampoo bottles left open in the shower, and then carefully closed to the meticulously prepared deliciously cooked breakfast. Not a single thing out of place; not a single desire not catered for. David seems the one who does the cooking while Tonny the one serves the food, and prosecco! All works out in clockwork precision. Recommended

Everything was clean, hotel in general tired. Staff helpful including cleaning staff. Only had 1 main meal which needed a lot to be desired Breakfast good manager really helpful & friendly. There quite a few niggles which we reported to manager who gave us a bottle of wine in recompense

Amazing stay at Enchanted manor, from the moment we walked in the vibes were warm and friendly. The food and drinks were delicious and the red squirrels and badger feeding in the evenings was an amazing experience. Could not recommend this place more.

The room was clean and 2 members of staff out of the dozen I saw were friendly and nice. Apart from that, the place needs some serious refurbs doing. Lost door handles, broken window catches, ripped curtains and no aircon in the room I was in on the hottest 2 nights of the year to that point. Just a dusty old fan that was so loud I couldn't hear the storm outside that washed the pigeon skeletons across the flat roof bit to right outside my window. Parking was convenient and the breakfast was ok. Maybe service is better when there's more people but apart from the 1st lad that booked me in and the young girl serving dinner, the rest were miserable. Must say though, the coach load of pensioners had some eye opening conversations

The cabin and site exceeded our expectations..this really is a quiet, cosy, pristine, hidden gem, and perfect base to explore the area; we will certainly be back..
