A nice hotel .. good location... however the breakfast is awful.. the service is absolutely nonsense.

Excellent stay, clean rooms and kind staff. The sunsets are unforgettable and one of the best breakfast buffets we have had in Albania!

The hotel is very nice with a lot of amenities . The daily cleaning service can be a bit better as there were still some areas not well cleaned during the stay. If you are going in summer bring mosquito spray as there are alot of them in the evening coming into your room . The beach in this hotel is amazing and not so crowded , swimming pool is topnotch and breakfast was nice . There arent many restaurants around if you want to eat out , you need to walk a bit down to lane . The hotel restaurants are great but a little expensive compared to outside which is normal. The staff is very friendly and good

The hotel and room are spotless, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They offer a wide variety of breakfast options, and the spa is simply amazing. We also thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant, which serves delicious food and has an impressive selection of wine labels.

The restaurant, coffee service, and breakfast staff were outstanding—attentive, welcoming, and truly delivered an excellent guest experience. Unfortunately, the check-in experience was disappointing. I was surprised that my valid U.S. REAL ID driver’s license was not accepted, and the focus seemed to be on what couldn’t be done rather than finding a solution. The front desk team would benefit from additional training on what it means to deliver a world-class guest experience by listening, showing empathy, and being more solution-oriented.

Good straff big Clean rooms

Had to pay parking fee when on the website was showing parking available and they had limited spots and sometimes those spots were taken even though i payed extra for parking.

Awesome place to stay! The staff here made our stay here memorable. So kind and over the top nice, accommodating, went out of their way to help us with anything we needed. We stayed on the top floor, it was newly renovated with a new elevator, new jacuzzi, and modern rooms. Everything was so clean and well kept. Beds were comfortable, right in the middle of town with many beaches to walk to and unlimited food and shopping.
