Excellent hotel all around. It’s hard to compare to any other 5 star hotel I’ve stayed it. The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed. Staff provide excellent customer experience and very attentive at all times. Excellent location in the heart of Amsterdam!

Absolutely beautiful! The staff is amazing and the property is gorgeous. We loved the attention to detail and all the special touches throughout our stay. Excellent location. Horrendous customer service. As United States Citizens, they did not give us the two twin bed room that we booked for and instead said the “machine decides, we can do nothing” and the machine assigned us a king room (I.e. two attached twin bed frames with a single king mattress). We told them to get us to get us two twin mattresses, and they said no. Trash customer service. Breakfast top of the top (specialty salmon and nuts in addition to an excellent breakfast buffet), but we cannot recommend booking again due to trash customer service to citizens of US.
