Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Leider wussten wir vor der Anreise nicht, dass das Hotel keine Klimaanlage hat. Bei den hohen Temperaturen war es im Zimmer kaum auszuhalten. Außerdem stand in der Beschreibung, dass es eine Kaffeemaschine gibt. Vor Ort haben wir erfahren, dass diese nur für bestimmte Zimmerkategorien vorgesehen ist. Da wir das günstigste Zimmer gebucht hatten, konnten wir sie nicht nutzen. Auch ein Wasserkocher war im Zimmer nicht vorhanden, sodass wir uns trotz mitgebrachtem Kaffee keinen Kaffee zubereiten konnten. Positiv hervorzuheben sind die Sauberkeit und die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Im Sommer würden wir das Hotel aufgrund der fehlenden Klimaanlage jedoch nicht noch einmal buchen

Great hotel to stay at and handy for shops and trams as well. Lovely rooms and the staff were always very helpful. Can't beat the price either for what u get. Never tried the breakfast as was out early.

Room was clean but showing age. Door handle to bathroom broken and hairdryer did not work. We had to change the fan as that was faulty. Reception were a bit put out because we asked for a replacement so we didn't mention the other faults. Breakfast was fantastic. We had the windows open because of the heat and it was not too noisy outside Overall the hotel was very dark , almost as though they were saving money by not turning on lights. Probably would stay again but not in the summer
