Mexican Riviera Mountain Holidays

From the moment we arrived the service was amazing. The attention to detail and accommodation is superb. The price is well worth what you get here. The only learning curve here is learning how to get to certain amenities, like the gym and pool took different elevators. Other than that everything was smooth, we appreciated the housekeepers as well, they are thorough and thoughtful when cleaning the room. A stand out for me was Martha, she knows hospitality and made sure we were taken care of when we had our pool days. If you are like me and need your coffee daily, I like that they provide nespresso pods but the coffee bar on site is amazing, they make a great latte! Would recommend to all my family and friends, and will come back and only stay here.

The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the pool service is slow, the staff is wonderful and very nice, the resort is very clean, and the food is excellent. Great location with massages on the beach (Medano Massage $59 for 60 mins or $69 for 90), next to Medano beach (swimming beach), and The Office (excellent food and killer location). I’ve been going to Cabo for 23 years and stayed at lots of resorts. My wife and I stayed here last year for her bday and came back again. It’s a chill resort, not crowded, easy to get pool seating, etc. Very relaxing which is why we stayed there. There are plenty of other resorts to choose if you want more action. I recommend the resort, just keep in mind the pool service is slow (but servers are friendly). And, I’m an excellent tipper so that was not the issue :)

The butler service was above and beyond expectations. We could text him with ant questions, requests, dinner reservations, ect and was super responsive. This place has every detail really thoughtfully executed. Stunning rooms, excellent food, strong drinks, and the most beautiful pools. Our son was obsessed with the kids club. All the ladies that work there were so engaging with our son. He loved them all and could tell they cared about his stay as well.

This is a great place to stay and is in a great location.

Everyday we had breakfast at Siempre and our waitress Ana was the best!
