Close to the beach and view was okay! We were placed on the 3rd floor our view from patio was a wall. Called down and asked if we could change rooms and staff was nice enough to move us to a higher floor and view was much better!

The hotel was beautiful and clean. The view was perfect. The pools were great.
Staff was friendly and helpful
My only complaints are in the afternoon the line to check in can be incredibly long, check in should be better streamlined or additional staff should be brought in for those heavy hours.
Also they have no room service or food court options that would have been helpful
But overall great hotel.

Excellent staff and facilities. Pool and restaurant services were top notch. Friendly and helpful at every turn. A little limited with options for morning coffee and sunset cocktails. Dolphin pool was entertaining and educational. Very peaceful alternative to downtown Waikiki.

Amazing tropical gardens, views of mountains and ocean, helpful front desk staff….. but rooms tired and rundown. Cockroaches greeted on the first day in kitchen area but seemed to disappear afterwards. Refrigerator needed defrosting. Crack between sink and fridge needed cleaning. Bathroom tiles have some mildew. Leaking sink. Issues reported and were addressed. Also, don’t recommend rooms directly under the reception area. Woken up early every morning to footsteps of staff and people seeking coffee and banana bread.
