I did not like anything about the property All the apartment is cheap, cheap construction, cheap furniture, bed did not fit the room, light appliances cheap electric wall outlets falling apart exposed dangerous wood stairs steep to access bedroom etc etc etc

Fantastic hotel with incredible facilities. Excellent staff and service. Will definitely be returning.

The view from the hotel is beautiful and the common areas are clean and modern. The rooms have horrible showers that leak all over the bathroom floor, the floor hallways are dark, dirty and smell horrible and the door handles to the rooms don’t always work. The guest elevators didn’t work the entire stay so everyone had to use the kitchen elevator which smelled horrible and was really dirty. Pretty view but unfortunately not a pleasant stay especially for the rate.

Every single staff member was welcoming, friendly and provided excellent service, Julian, Gabriel, Maria, Arnault, Luna, Nicolas, Francois mgr, valet, concierge, restaurant etc - nice quiet town, aside from being unable to swim in ocean first few days; the staff & facility (pool helped) more than made up for the inability to swim in ocean which had unfortunate overflow from stadium toilet.

One of the most beautiful properties I have stayed in with staff’s service being exceptionally attentive.

One of the most beautiful properties I have stayed in with staff’s service being exceptionally attentive.

Condition of the property is deteriorated. Bathroom fixtures are falling off the wall, clogged sink.
