Our stay was great, the hotel is fresh and clean, and the room had everything we needed. It was also really good value for the quality. Would stay again!

We have never visited The Lakes and wanted an overnight stay to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Would highly recommend staying here. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The food for the evening meal in the restaurant was lovely followed by breakfast the next day, with plenty of options. Also helped with have parking facilities on site and free for visitors to the hotel. Was not disappointed with our stay, and would definitely visit again in the future

Shower drain blocked resulting in water flowing into the accommodation. Raised at desk but no offer to make good after being unable to use that facility. Previous free parking removed, charged on checkout with no reason to the change or notice before I had used the facility.

Hyatt House was exceptionally clean. The bathroom and the room were lovely. The food was very good. The restaurant was great and staff member Anna was very helpful.

A lovely hotel in the heart of Ambleside. Our balcony room was in an annexe just a few steps from the main hotel. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the outdoor jacuzzi in the spa was a lifesaver in the immense heat we have just had. The food in the restaurant was lovely, breakfast was a continental buffet and hot from the menu and the dinner choice was very good and well priced.

Excelent for a quick overnight stay lovely hotel, Very friendly staff room was basic but very clean. Bed was a bit harder than expected but okay. Would recommend this hotel if you need to visit or do business in the area. The food was of a good standard couldn’t fault the service.
