I had the most wonderful first trip to Vienna with my sister, and this hotel made our experience even more special! Our room was beautiful, spacious, spotless and extremely comfortable. The staff was absolutely amazing—so kind, welcoming and always ready to help. The location is super convenient, with trains and public transportation just steps away, making it incredibly easy to explore the city. We had a fantastic stay and I will definitely come back!

The hotel is well located in the centre of the city. The rooms are large with comfortable beds. The extra touches such as free wine and snacks in reception is a lovely touch. The bar which we thought was part of the hotel is actually separate and there is a strict dress code on a Friday and Saturday night.

The hotel is excellent. It has an old world elegant charm but is totally updated. The staff are very friendly. The rooms are beautiful and the breakfast buffet is copious and delicious.The location near the Opera House and the subway station is great. We have stayed there three times and will definitely come back.

Excellent location. Walking distance to almost everything. Train/bus station right across the street. Was disappointed in the amenities, no shampoo or no conditioner. Only provided 2 coffee pods for a three night stay, no option to replenish pods. It was very noisy at this location, could hear all the traffic and people at night so no good sleeps here.
