Location great. Very quiet. Could use a deep clean but generally clean

This hotel was perfect for access to the cruise port the next day. All staff were helpful and friendly, but one gal in particular deserves to be called out as she was exceptionally helpful in getting some smaller bills. She really went out of her way to do this for us. Sadly, I can't recall her name now, but she may remember me. Thanks, Hotel Bruno, for a fine stay.

Great location , next to supermarket and easy access to tube and tram stops. Restaurant and bar were lovely. We booked family room as needed 2 separate beds and that was only option. Room felt dated and in need of TLC. We did report an issue with our room (toilet seat hanging off) which we hoped would be sorted, but that wasn’t dealt with whilst we were there. Beds were very comfortable. We had a lovely stay, just wished they’d sorted the toilet seat for us.

Rooms were clean, and adequate for 2 people and 2 medium suitcases. Beds were comfy but the air conditioning was difficult to find a comfortable setting. Sometimes it worked and others it didn't. Shower is very small and ours had an issue where water leaked out from under the door where we had to place towels to absorb the water and prevent a slippage accident. Definitely recommend getting the breakfast package. You can order from the menu and the buffet bar. Fitness center had a good assortment of machines and free weights, and the space was adequate which also included showers.

This was an adorable boutique hotel within 5 mins drive to the cruise port and within walking distance to the heart of Rotterdam. Our particular room was the “romantic suite” and was enormous with a bathroom area as big as the room itself! Tastefully decorated and welcoming! The lobby sitting area was cozy and had coffee, etc as well as a small bar and light snacks. They serve breakfast in their quaint kitchen and it was delicious as well as very convenient before we embarked on our cruise. I would absolutely stay here again!

We have been travelling in europe for over a month now. We booked the King Superior Room with Harbor View for 4 nights and the view was amazing but the hotel experience was pretty underwhelming compared with many of the other properties we stayed at even at the higher cost. The room is large and has a table to sit around and enjoy the view but the table only had 1 chair. We had to use the luggage rack for a chair. We asked for another chair 3 times and finally had one brought to the room our 2nd evening we were there. There were no wine glasses in the room to enjoy a glass of wine at the table once we had a 2nd chair. The bartender was nice enough to lend us a couple of glasses but then housekeeping took them away the next day. We just gave up and drank wine from the water glasses after that. Most of the places we stayed had usb charging ports but nothing here. I assume most people that book these rooms book as a couple so wouldn't 2 chairs and a couple of wine glasses make sense? The hotel location is great but there was not one thing (outside of the harbor view) you could call a special touch that makes it worth the extra cost or that would make you want to come back.

Notre séjour était super. Le personnel était convivial, la chambre était propre et les commodités parfaites. Les fruits et le café étaient gratuits. Ce fût une attention que nous avons grandement appréciée. Nous étions bien situé, un secteur calme avec les transports à proximité. Une marche de 20 minutes pour se rendre à la gare centrale de Rotterdam.
