Beautiful property, not must to see, don’t expect courteous service unless you speak fluent Spanish. People don’t seem to like Norte Americanos very much. Food is bountiful but pretty bland. Best pineapple I’ve ever tasted.

The receptionist, Danay, deserves our utmost gratitude for providing invaluable recommendations of places to visit and unique restaurants for my wife and me. Consequently, we wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

We totally enjoyed our stay. I absolutely feel in love the mega size gym which was huge for a hotel! However, we were quite disappointed that several restaurants, rooftop and club areas were not available as advertised. The steakhouse area was completely closed and only one restaurants was operational. Overall, it was a good stay! We would definitely go back!

You can tell the hotel has been renovated but it needs some improvement. The shower had mold in it and I’m not a fan of hand held only showers. Their breakfast was not very good with basic things like bread being cold first thing in the morning. I liked the location , the view from our room and friendly staff.

This Hotel was amazing, bar, pool and cleanliness.. i would stay here over and over again!
