Overall, the property was clean, well-maintained, and the beds were very comfortable, which made for a pleasant stay. The only downsides were that the pool closed at 7:00 p.m. We arrived around 6:00 p.m. and were disappointed because we expected it to stay open until at least 10:00 p.m., so we barely had any time to enjoy it. We also had trouble accessing the TV. To watch Netflix, we had to scan a QR code, but it never connected properly, so we weren’t able to use the streaming services. Other than those issues, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated how well the property was kept.

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

The general vibe of this hotel seems to be a hotel for 30 somethings to stay at while partying around Miami. Its fine but not the best family nor business hotel. The hotel is OK, clean, with average sized rooms. There is nothing very wrong about it just also nothing special. Its a bit noisy at night and the relatively thin walls mean you can hear the people in the rooms to the side and above. The small but very well stocked technogym gym is the best amenity. The pool is a bit "meh" and while we were there there were people drinking and vaping funny stuff in it. The driveway and valet is run by inept people who needlessly create traffic jams getting in to the hotel driveway by just standing around and not moving cars quickly, and not controlling where people leave their cars.

Pleas don’t book the apartment in this hotel. It’s not associated with the hotel services. The 2nd room has 3 beds all bed sheets were dirty. The has prior hair from guest before us. Behind the headboard I found a dirty t-shirt. Hall restroom tub was rusted and peeling, I was disgusted to see that. The other restroom still had a long hair in the tub. Sanitary is NOT a priority for the owner of this apartment. The price I paid for my 4 day was a steel. Also, beach gear was a laugh in the face. No beach chair, no wagon and the umbrella covered 1 person. I reached out to the person but never showed up with clean sheets. I had to invest in my stay detergent, sanitizing wipes, trash bags and toilet covers. Let me know forget to say, on my first stay the bottom of my feet was all black from the floors being super dirty. The only good thing of the place was the beach distance.
