Delightful host. Very clean and a quiet venue. Worth the money.

We enjoyed our stay overall. There were just a couple of little things that could do with some attention. The main entrance door was hanging off when we arrived, and it was still the same throughout our stay, which doesn't create the best first impression. Aside from that, our room was lovely, and the breakfast was excellent – definitely one of the hotel's biggest strengths. The staff were all friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. We would happily stay here again.

Great location, easy secure indoor parking, Lucy on the front desk was terrific. Granted there was a heatwave going on but the front facing room we had was baking hot on arrival. Drawing the curtains would have helped a little and although one fan was on, another would have been even better. Some iced water on arrival would have been a nice touch. Small details but its attention to detail that really counts in hospitality. Look forward to returning! Thank you.

Lucknam is simply the best hotel that I have stayed in, in the UK

Had a wonderful stay at Tortworth Court. Room was upgraded to a junior suite due to 2 big events happening while we were there & new room was quieter. We enjoyed the events that were on while we were there. Enjoyed dinner in the restaurant Sunday evening.

Another great stay at the New Forest Lodge - super convenient for a pre-cruise stay. Rooms are well appointed and great value, the Indian restaurant next door and a pub up the road is a bonus.

Very small rooms and corridors, not suitable for disabled people, car park ok for motorcycles

The apartment was very clean, comfy and had everything we needed for a 2 night stay. Quiet and accommodating with parking. Just a short walk into the town and not far from the train station. Will definitely stay again. Thank you.
