I reserved a queen size bed room , and they gave Me a full side bed. For me and my husband. I did check prior to my arrival with Expedia confirming a/c on the rooms, wich they confirmed it . Time check In there was no a/c Some one put a sign on my door so not make room or disturb, not me. And they didn’t make my room. If you reserve with time a queen bed and they don’t have the price would be less of what I paid. But no, they didn’t care

The room was clean and quiet. The hotel is in a great location and the hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. Also, the price of the room is very affordable.

Probably the worst bed I have ever slept in — it was actually more comfortable to sleep on the floor. My whole family was surprised at how hard the beds were. Unfortunately, we also all suffered from food poisoning on the first day after eating at the restaurant and were very sick by the time we returned home. On a positive note, some of the staff were brilliant. They even sent me a piece of an amazing cheesecake for my birthday and were generally very helpful, although a couple of staff members had a poor attitude. Other than that, the hotel itself is beautiful. However, my last stay was nicer for some reason — the rooms were prettier, and the beds were better. When I asked, I was told that the beds had been changed since my last visit. The location is spectacular, and the lobby and small garden terrace are lovely. The tea and desserts are fantastic, but the main food could be better, especially for a Michelin guide restaurant.

Beautiful stylish hotel. Rooms are exceptional. We had interconnecting rooms for our family. Rooms were large and fantastic interior design. Everything was in pristine condition and very clean. Staff were very professional and friendly. They were very helpful making suggestions for day trips and restaurant recommendations. The location was brilliant. Well centred but in walking distance of most of the main sights. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of hot and cold food.Thank you for an enjoyable stay!

Staff were all amazing and so welcoming and helpful. Uniformed front door staff took care of our car from the kerb. The hotel is compact, chic, with cool lobby bar and lovely restaurant, very close to Prado and other museums and shops.

I've had better breakfast options at other hotels in Madrid. It was an okay breakfast, just not as much variety.
