Overwhelmingly average. Cheap and can do a job. Stayed in two rooms, both lacked freshness & and bit dirty. But if you need somewhere to just lay your head, could be ideal

Clean room, looks just like the pictures and easy parking nearby at q park.

We love the property and all members of staff were exceptionally amazing in particular Becks on reception and the staff on course concierge were all above and beyond. We cannot thank them enough for their hospitality kindness and exceptional service they gave to us. They are all a credit to the management and we have already booked our next day thank you to all.
