Dedham Vale Mountain Holidays

Great location, beds comfortable, breakfast buffet excellent

Great hotel and location Staff very pleasant

Hotel ideally situated 5 minutes from Victoria Line underground and 10 minutes from Houses of Parliament. Room was a good size and well appointed Staff were very attentive Breakfast buffet was excellent and replenished frequently.

Lovely Hotel, but Disappointing Spa Experience I recently stayed at Pestana Chelsea Bridge Hotel & Spa and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is modern, stylish and well located, making it a lovely place for a relaxing getaway. However, I was disappointed to discover that the sauna was out of service during my visit. As the hotel advertises itself as a spa hotel, I would expect all the spa facilities to be fully operational, particularly as relaxation was one of the main reasons for choosing this hotel. It would have been helpful to have been informed in advance so guests could make an informed decision before booking. Overall, a nice hotel with a lot to offer, but the spa experience fell short of expectations. Hopefully, the sauna will be back in operation for future guests.

Excellent hotel would definitely stay here again. Well placed for the South Ken tube too and a 10 min walk to Harrods

Love the late check out. Family room was great.
