In every area, our stay exceeded our expectations. Definitely get the romantic dinner for two: most exquisite meal we've ever had. Each course was phenomenal. Spa facilities were world class with fantastic view of Alps. Skip the outdoor pool; it was freezing cold. Bed and bedding was very comfortable. After working 20 years in surgery, I have very high standards for cleanliness: A here. Highly recommend.

The service was excellent, our room was upgraded. The hotel gives you free bus tickets which was perfect for a day in Salzburg.

The room i stayed in, which i believe represents the rest of the rooms, had no ac. It was a hot room exposed to afternoon sun. Sleeping was a lot more sweaty and difficult than it should be. Staff are friendly but their English is below expectations. This may be a nice hotel to stay in during colder days.

Blackout window covers, free parking in the back, nicely appointed room for an Airport hotel.

This hotel met and exceeded our expectations! The staff was excellent and attended to our every need. If we had more time; we would love to have staryed longer. The breakfast was excellent with a plentiful array of options. We enjoyed the pool with the nice outdoor area beside it. The rooms were spacious and exceptionally clean. We cannot say enough of how great this hotel is!

one of the most beautiful hotels we have ever stayed, you do need a car as it is 20 minutes from Salzburg, so if you are touring with car rental perfect place. The lake setting with breakfast included in the stunning dining room is incredible. not cheap but you get what you pay for.
