Property has such great potential! But, needs updating and remodeling in many areas.
Pros: easy-ish location near highway (construction for 2 years). Outside pool with bar and outside spa. Amenity options. Inside bar and restaurant shower and water pressure.
Cons: price. Limited chairs by pool. Outside bar closing time. Hallways dirty. Stairwells horribly dirty. Balcony not cleaned since fall. Sidewalks closed. Has smoking area attached to building on 2nd floor. Can smell cigarettes and hear people.
