The staff here was amazing check out was at 11 but the gentleman let me leave my bag so I could go to the castle. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful with questions. It’s a 5 min walk to train station also. The rooms are very cute and comfortable…

It was clean and comfortable but no drink making facilities which is a pretty normal basic. It is a pain to have to go out and buy every drink from the bar especially first thing in the morning and last thing at night. Plus the towels were really small

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Hotel was in the perfect location for us the street is fairly quite for being in a busy part of the city. The main street was one block up. It was ideal.

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay . Staff , location and cleanliness were excellent.
Only fault I could find is the fact that water from the fridge was chargeable . This policy should be changed . Not becoming of a 5 star hotel !

Very comfortable beds could easily fit couple additional sleeper sofas.Would have been nice to have had a second shower. Th only one was quite small. Overall the seven of us were happy with the accommodation
