8.6/10 Excellent! (425 reviews)
Didn’t really feel welcome upon checkin. You could tell this is more of a business hotel rather than a travel hotel. Very judgmental people standing in the lobby, and it made the experience uncomfortable. Sorry we were white?
Other than that, room service was prompt. Food was okay. Drinks were great. Room was clean. Staff was helpful but overall, again, judgmental.
I wouldn’t stay here again, but would recommended it for a business trip. Pretty mediocre.
