Multiple hot tubs, never crowded. Clean and a range of temps. Private tubs good too. Staff cleans rooms and everywhere thoroughly

There is no wait staff at any of the resort except in the restaurants. In bars and at pools you have to go to the bar yourself. There is very limited shade at the pools. Only loungers and no sitting tables. Seats in the shade get towels on them as early as 6am. The food is limited in selection although the wings, burgers and fries from the grill at lunch were great. 3 out of 4 of us got diarrhea and puking at some point over the 2 weeks there. 2 got very sick for a few days. Not alcohol related.

Favorite hotel I've ever stayed at! Amazing breakfast, beautiful property and view, close to downtown shops and restaurants, beautiful warm pool and hottub, and lovely spa.

Super relaxing spot with many pools, the two-person loungers in the main hot pool was a nice touch. Place was clean, a great bed and staff all very helpful. Breakfast included as well, what’s not to like?

The room was just ok, I think the have a potential to be better and give a powerful experience even in a colonial hotel

Lovely, charming property set in a lush mountain setting. Wonderful staff and ample size rooms. The property is a bit far from town but perfect for a quiet, lush escape.
