Our arrival was very welcoming and check in was quick and smooth. The pool area was nice and inviting. Our room was very tired, no hot water and I didn’t want to sit on the couch. It looked very dindgy. The bed was ok but No Hot Water at all. Bathroom Very old. This property needs a major renovation. Breakfast servers were great. Food was ok. Dinner was very good. We had the Italian restaurant. More great service. 👍. This trip served our purpose as we had to fly back home and was a quick drive to the airport. Thanks again. K & R

The hotel was amazing. It is well kept and the property was beautiful. The staff were amazing and were very friendly. The Hotel Area Manager Dennis Whitelaw met us at the lobby when we just arrived and he was amazing. He welcome us and even give us gift (Costa Rica Coffee) which we really appreciate. We love the good and we will definitely be back.
