Room was generally clean, but the overall property could use some maintenance. It was comfortable for our purpose, which was to spend the last night before leaving the country on an early flight. The water in the shower wasn't very hot and our windows looking out to the pool were dirty, but the bed was comfortable and the room service prices and quality were acceptable.
