Janelle from Expedia called me to set up and confirm celebration dinner. I agreed to it. It never happened. Also, no one told me about the 250 spa credits I was entitled to and was unable to use them. That was upsetting

A lot of noise could not rest. Staying the the marina had to wall al the way to the main hotel to get a good breakfast. Elevator are in bad conditions. Unowned dogs in the marina area. During checkout process almost got kicked out of the room

Overall a wonderful stay for my family and I. Main pool, cabanas and grounds were top notch. Food was a little expensive but there are options close by to uber to. Loved the location next to the El Yunque rainforest and Luquillo beach and kiosks. The resort felt safe, was quiet, and not too crowded. We never had to wait for chairs at the pool or beach. Beach was also not crowded and was clean and serene. All staff were helpful and very accommodating , even with the smallest inconvenience they always made sure we were taken care of. My boys enjoyed the iguana feeding and hair braiding. Not as many activities as we have had at other resorts. Also would have been nice if they had night entertainment like many other resorts offer. Margaritaville pool needs to be updated and the main pool would be nice if it stayed open later during the week. Our room was updated and beds and bedding were very comfortable and clean. Would be helpful if room had more space for luggage. Will definitely be back again!
