Great shuttle ride to the airport!

Excellent and well kept hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Awesome location.

The airport shuttle was a joke! It says every 30 minutes but we waited an hour and half. When I called, the woman I spoke to was rude. Noriah at the front desk was great. She requested our rooms were cleaned as a priority since we were there early but it was still 4pm before they were ready. The bar/restaurant was expensive. $3.25 for a bottle of water was ridiculous! The hotel is showing its age and desperately needs a refresh. Will not stay again.

The property was very old. The front door of the hotel doesn’t work. We have to go through the side door. Our room’ carpet. It’s very dirty.. My kid took a bath in the bathtub, but when the water filled it up the bathtub, there are bugs floating up and there are hairs came out of the drain. Room service doesn’t start until 7 am which is different from all the five star hotels we used to stay in with 24 hours from service. For the price, they’re charging me 8k for 5 nights for a deluxe trip rooms , it’s not worth the price tag.

Clean, AC works and breakfast is not only free but delicious as well. A lot of variety.

The suite was great! The location is excellent. We really enjoyed our stay, and we'll definitely will be back some day.

Place was small but the bed was really comfortable

Loved the property and the gardens. Great breakfast options and you could sit on the terrace if it was nice. Lovely part of Rome to stay in with great transport options.
