My room at this hotel was absolutely beautiful. It was well decorated, clean, and comfortable. The staff was fantastic and helpful. The food at the restaurant for both dinner and breakfast was wonderful. The location is peaceful and quiet. It's an easy trip from the hotel down to Lake Bled, and it's nice to get away from the crowds at the end of the day. I highly recommend this hotel.

Hotiday have no representation at this site. The site is run by Club Del Sole, who have packed the site with holiday accommodations and sublet the majority to companies like Hotiday. The other companies have a company representative on the site, hotiday does not, Baring the actual accommodation the site images are completely misrepresented what to expect. If you are expecting a Club Del Sole experience, then you will be happy. If you are expecting a tranquil beach breakas suggested by the photos, run by the people you have booked the hotel through, then you will be as disappointed as we were. We are still trying to contact Hotiday about this misrepresentation, which has now taken a week. On top of this disappointment, we were told there would be an additional daily charges( €17) for sunbeds, which was enforced by security. An unnecessary cost at an already expensive overcrowded site. The alternative...lie on the grass in roped off areas.

Would 100% recommend. Everything you would expect from a 5* hotel - the hotel looked brand new everywhere! Beautiful rooms, immaculate grounds, generous breakfast with à la carte choices cooked to your order. What blew us away was the attention to details and every single member of staff making you feel like you were the only guests. Without asking, we received a surprise one evening in our room of an exquisite cake and champagne to celebrate our anniversary - what a thoughtful touch. My husband also accidentally knocked his iced coffee over by the pool and within minutes they had replaced it without asking. Considering our stay was in peak August season, there were always sunbeds to choose around the pool and I witnessed the pool staff going above and beyond ensuring guests every need was catered for. Cannot thank enough every single member of staff for a truly memorable visit in an amazing location.

Everything was awesome, and the SPA was fantastic!

Beautiful little place near the old town squares. Breakfast was delightful - local sourced meats and cheeses and other items, a delicious benedict, and friendly staff. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Certainly a great way to kick off our visit to Slovenia!
