Overpriced for the state of the property and service - shower was broken (which we reported and the staff simply forgot to report for maintenance), limited amenities (paper cups provided for tea/coffee), average customer service, room was next to a main road which was very noisy (not the hotel’s fault but when everything else was so average the noise was pretty frustrating).

I loved the dinner experience with the cheff on March 17th. It was amazing!

Property is extraordinary and very well kept. The staff is very nice, yet service somehow is not executed very well. I sensed they need a stronger operations management.

Very simple but logical layout of the room. The staff was very helpful. The room was clean. There was a nice view from my balcony into the harbor and it was reasonably priced. A perfect one night stay for me.

The Résidence de Vieux Port is in an excellent location with spectacular views of the harbour and easy access to restaurants and bars. Although being clean, unfortunately the hotel feels and looks tired. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Overall we enjoyed our stay and recommend it to others.

Beautiful hotel with an exceptional staff. It was a treat staying there.
