A good property, but the rooms should have been cleaner for the price being paid. I stayed in a King Suite with a balcony, but the balcony seemed to have dried vomit on the rail from a room on a higher floor. Additionally, the sheets in the pullout couch had multiple stains and were clearly not changed out for clean sheets. I would consider staying here again, but I would urge management to ensure that rooms, especially rooms at the SUITE level, are more closely inspected before check in. A pullout couch is easily looked over and understandable, however the balcony was unacceptable.

The restaurant manager Peter was rude, defensive, and not accomodating. Also, some of the food is lacking (i.e. graprefruit juice is a juice drink and not juice). Adrian is great though

Great location and very friendly staff

Love this hotel! It’s clean, comfortable and convenient to any of the MDAnderson medical buildings. Restaurant and bar are also great. Many dining options within walking distance.

We enjoyed our stay.

A staff thought I’m a paparazzi while I was sitting down on the lobby seat

Pictures looked amazing but didn't say that everywhere around the front entrance, entryway of lobby where under construction. Not to mention out of 4 elevators only one wprked. We waited 20 mins

Wonderful stay everything was perfectt

Old hotel not really in good condition. Bathroom are particularly outdated and the A/c is noisy and inefficient
