Edinburgh and Lothian Mountain Holidays

We stayed for a week, Great spot, nice and quite, a small supermarket almost right behind, which was very handy. 1 min walk from the Royal mile too. easy access to some local restaurants and cafes etc. the only issue we had was the heater wasn't working, we were given a small electric radiator that help take the chill off but it wasn't ideal. we did tell the office and they said that they would advise the maintenance staff, but in the whole week we never saw them. Apart from smokers standing outside the main door, and our room not being dark all night, apparently our room appears to be the only one that has an exterior light outside near the window that is on all night, everything was good. The dishwasher and washing machine were great and all detergents supplied, as was some fresh milk in the fridge to help get you going.

Well located hotel right in the royal mile. Has its own parking which is easy to find and discounted for hotel guests. Friendly staff and comfortable rooms.
