It was a wonderful stay, the staff are amazing and so friendly and accommodating. Me and my family had wonderful time.

The staff was very nice. The property is a bit older but not terrible. The grounds were well maintained. The beach is awful-not their fault-there is an enormous amount of grass!! Beautiful views off shore. Food was very good! It rained most days but it was rainy season so it was expected. The rain did not interrupt our fun too much. I really liked the resort as a whole, but not sure I’d stay there again. I love St. Lucia but would rather stay on the other side of the island-away from the grass. This resort is not “high end” but we’re down to earth people so it was absolutely fine. I would recommend for those that would like to stay at a nice, reasonably quiet resort with friendly staff, and good food. If you want the beach to be great, this is not your place.

The view of the piton from the room was unforgettable The staff were friendly and super accomodating The wildlife in the rooms could take a moment to get to used to if you're not a big nature person, but I'm a city girl and I didn’t struggle much. I'd suggest bringing extra pair of ear plugs though if you’re a light sleeper as the wildlife is vibrant at night. The hotel did provide ear plugs. Thankfully i'm not too affected by noise, so I got by just fine in the comfortable and very clean bed. The food was very good but would be nice to have a few more options for the dinner menu. The breakfast menu was the best of them all. The pool was oustanding, as was the chocolate making tour!

Jade Mountain was the crown jewel of our 10-day adventure in Saint Lucia. We celebrated my husband’s 40th birthday on the island, and as avid travelers who love immersing ourselves in local culture and cuisine, we explored every corner—from fishing villages to hidden beaches. But no matter how much we saw, nothing compared to returning to the serenity and splendor of Jade Mountain. The resort is truly a sanctuary. Our major domos were attentive and thoughtful, making every moment feel effortless and luxurious. The open-air design of our sanctuary, complete with a private infinity pool and a panoramic view of the Pitons, left us speechless. Watching the sun rise and set over those iconic peaks from the comfort of our room was pure magic. The yogis were very experienced, the food was delicious and the sunsets were magical. Jade Mountain isn’t just a place to stay—it’s an experience we’ll never forget. Easily one of the best travel memories we’ve made together.
