The resort hotel is excellent in design. Reasonably well maintained.
But front desk staff are trained only to" manage" customers and are not empowered to provide meaningful services.
We were made to wait for hours on arrival inspite of many advance requests for early check in.
Similarly it took the staff 45 minutes to bring our luggage to the vehicle at check out, inspite of numerous requests.
The response to email queries are tardy too.

It was amazing vacation for me. Hotel,staff,food ;everything is wonderful. Just I wish a better weather ,we went on beginning of September and the weather is a bit cloudy,rainy and windy.
Btw thanks all the staffs for to try make our holiday better.
