A very comfortable hotel right next to the bus station which is handy for getting around and a cheap way of getting to and from the airport. The room was very clean and had everything I needed. The buffet breakfast was more than adequate with plenty of choice and a terrace if you wanted to eat outside. The staff were friendly and efficient. I would happily stay here again.

It is not in old town. Be clear on that point. But it has a public bus stop right in front as well as a tavern attached with a beautiful patio. I believe there is a great restaurant across the way as well. The bus is fine if you don't have luggage to drag around. I took a metro taxi from the bus station. It was about 15 euros for door to door service. I was lucky in that the tour I was going on picked me up. That is not normal but a marathon changed the bus route. Otherwise, it was beautiful. My room was really like a suite. It was huge with a giant TV (I didn't watch but it was big) and a big bathroom. I wish my house was as nice. I didn't have the time to investigate the area so can't say much on that. The staff was wonderful. The taxi drivers (again don't use the random ones outside the bus station) kept asking why did I choose so far out. It is about 12km from old city, I think? I could have never gotten as nice a room but it does change some of the logistics. The breakfast was plentiful. I enjoyed it.
