The apartment was right in St Helier, just above the bus station, which although you could hear the buses, didn't bother us at all as everything went quieter in the evening. Everything was spotless, the bed was nice and comfy, and the living room was a good size with a view of the harbour. The kitchen was a reasonable size, with everything in it that you would need. The bathroom was nice although as the shower was over the bath it was a little narrow, but nice and powerful. Staff were helpful and polite, and if you got up early enough had free scones and croissants in reception for you to have. Very happy, and had a wonderful stay.

This is a lovely hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and spacious. The bar was really nice and had a good selection of drinks and lovely cocktails. The food in the restaurant was excellent, both at breakfast and for dinner. It is also in a great location. Would certainly recommend.

Staff were very attentive and respectful. Nothing was toomuch trouble. The hotel is in a very central location close to some excellent restaurants.

The standard room was very poor value for the money!
