(206 reviews) Very beautiful hotel. Clean in all areas. The hotel is just behind the Albanian Stadium in Tirana,which is a wow factor. Hotel is 5 minutes walk to the Pyramid, 10 minutes walk to the city . Buses from the hotel to the city centre is just 4 minutes away We went to Albania to celebrate my hubby's birthday. I ordered for a cake with the intention to pay for it, and we got a cake to feed 6-8 people for free.😃. The cake was delicious. Lawrence thanks, for helping to order the cake Lola thanks for baking my husband the lovely cake. Breakfast is a wow factor, great selection to choose from. Thanks to the cooks and waiters. Lawrence and Belsie the receptionists were very helpful during check in. There is a marvellous park with a massive lake behind the hotel. To conclude, Mak hotel is the perfect place to stay if you visit Tirana. My husband and myself loved our 5 days stay and will visit again. My only concern is staffs at the entrance not welcoming, you have to greet them, they never say hello when you leave or enter the hotel. I travel a lot, at least 5 times a year and go to different countries and staffs at the other hotels I have visited have been friendly and make you feel welcome.
