We booked a balcony room overlooking the harbour with our dog. The staff on reception were wonderful. In our room there was a doggy welcome gift, treats toy poop bags. The room was large and comfortable. Robes slippers and a fan. We should have prebooked a table in the pub as it was busy, and dogs not allowed in the gorgeous restaurant, so thankfully we sat outside. Food and views were great. Close enough to stroll into town. Small green area where the dog could do her business at night and in the morning with handy bins. Hotel is very characterful. I would like to stay in the Florence Nightingale room next time. Parking around the hotel. Highly recommend.

Perfect location - nothing better than going for a daily sea swim at the beach at the bottom of the garden. We had a garden view room with a balcony that looked through the gardens and to the sea - made for idyllic mornings and evenings. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Very nice and relaxing place for vacation, only one little thing that may need to improve is to ensure the poopoo from any other pets cleaned up around the area including the flower beds.

No therapy or wellness on site pool cold. Jacuzzi empty stained carpets, no seating area and no flowers

Beautiful property, extremely well kept and equipped. Great location near beach, restaurants and supermarkets (only few minutes walk!).
