The property was immaculate and staff was so helpful.

We travel a lot but we have never seen such a nice staff anywhere. Shayan is a sweetheart and extremely nice and helpful. My son was sick and one of staff went out of her way to make kitchen make a soup for him. You don’t see these kind of stuff often. Thank you to all the staff.!

Room was very comfortable and clean with nice amenities but no fridge to store my meds in. I was fortunate that I had frozen water bottles so it was able to stay cold during my stay.

Beautiful and grand hotel, spacious room, great views, best breakfast I have ever had in luxurious hotels. Great location about 10 - 15 minutes walk to the main train station. Love this hotel and definitely will return when we are in Interlaken again

The staff were friendly but unfortunately the impression I got from them is that the hotel ownership does not care to make things right when problems arise. We stayed in the 3 bedroom 2.5 bath apartment for 4 nights and on the 3rd night we noticed hot water was running out. No biggie since we were all able to shower except the last person. The 4th evening and night we had no hot water, and this persisted into the morning of our checkout. As per the staff, the ownership offered no compensation for the inconvenience of not being able to shower on our evening / morning and also not being able to do laundry. I had contacted the hotel staff about the hot water in the evening of our 4th night but there was no one available to help us out. I didn't get a response from them until around 9am the next morning which was too late as we were already preparing to check out. At $1500/night this was completely unacceptable but no recourse was provided. The rest of the stay was okay, but definitely not worth $1500/night. The rooms need repainting and the bathroom showers have tons of mold and mildew in the grout between tiles on the wall.

The property itself was fine - apart from the glass door to the bathroom which is a health and safety hazard. I hit my head on it, as did my partner. Not great for privacy either. The problem with this hotel is getting in it. When technology is good, it’s great, when technology is bad it’s a catastrophe, which is how I’d describe my stay at the Kooook Wankdorf. We arrived after a 9hr drive, it was dark, wet and there was a storm. Online check in is near on impossible. The emergency number provided doesn’t work (you just get a ‘call failed’ message). The car park is very difficult to find late at night is a challenge and the instructions provided are incorrect. No one responds when you ‘buzz’ the hotel door to be let in. The key to the car park lift didn’t work so we were stranded in basement car park for 20mins at 11pm. When we finally managed to check in, we had to send a PDF copy of my passport and pay an additional fee. WhatsApp messages are responded to ‘within 24hrs’ - so in other words, if you need help with anything at this hotel - you’re in trouble because there is NO help available. Parking was supposed to be free, but we had to pay 24 Swiss francs to exit the car park the following day. This hotel is soulless and depressing. My partner and I are both quite tech savvy and yet we found the check in process extremely difficult to navigate. If you need to stay in this area, I definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Location and views are excellent. It is expensive but the buffet breakfast is a nice bonus. Walking distance to downtown and overall and awesome spot to stay. Thank you.

TH AC WAS NOT WORKING. I ASKED THE FRONT DESK AND WAS TOLD THAT IT WAS TOO HOT AND THE AC COULD NOT KEEP THE ROOM COLD. AT NIGHT I HAD TO OPEN THE WINDOW S TO BE ABLE TO GO TO SLEEP
