Only small issue is there were a bunch of loud little kids shouting and cannon-balling into the pool. Super disruptive to the peaceful setting and zero was done to ask the kids to chill just a bit. Overall - super spot and renovation has made it a gem again. (3,553 reviews) The 27th floor 2-bedroom 2-bath corner suite with kitchen, dining table, large living room and three balconies was comfortable, tasteful, modern and roomy. All finishes were of good quality. Amenities were of good quality as were snacks available in the kitchen. The view was primarily urban as the property is mostly surrounded by other high-rise buildings. The connection to Brickell City Center is a plus, and the area is vibrant night and day. Our only complaint is communication with the car valet service. Valet service itself is fine, but communicating with the valets from the room was impossible and hotel staff were rude and reluctant to advise the valet we needed our car. The service is supposed to work through a connection activated via the guest's phone upon check in of the car at arrival. We never received the related message and getting our car was a chore...essentially requiring us to clamber down 27 floors to ask for the car and then wait for it to be brought. When we called hotel services they indicated they could not connect us with the valet. This is unacceptable for a hotel room billed at about $1000/night. (267 reviews) We are Canadians who stayed 2 weeks at this hotel and so happy we did. This hotel offered amazing staff, great atmosphere, fantastic cappuccinos and espresso’s. The breakfast had an abundance of selection. Eggs, bacon the usual and of course Italian style. We would share a bottle of wine on the terrace at night and enjoy the view. We were there Nov 29 until Dec 13\. We would say the best time to visit Italy. We selected this hotel because it was away from the city center and more into the local area. Things were much cheaper especially groceries at PAM local. Favorite restaurant near by was I Belcastro about 10 mins away and the best margarita pizza you will ever taste. The bus is very close and the number of bus that gets you everywhere is bus 62 or 60\. Get a bus pass to save money at the local station. But if you want to burn off calories and take a great walk, we waked about 3 to 5km a day. You won’t even notice that you walked that far because it’s a pleasant walk. So try both. If your like us and don’t want to stay in hotels in the heart of town where a billion people are than choose Hotel Delle Civette.
