Fairly clean but staff are largely unhelpful and amenities are rather old. Not worth the money at all.

This place was beautiful, and the staff was beautiful from the time I arrived. It does have an outdoor pool up on the 16th floor that I didn’t get to try, but it looks wonderful and there’s a gorgeous view from up there, especially if you check it out at night time and my room was really nice, it was not one of the largest but I had a window with a View and the staff bent over backwards to help me. I really enjoyed it. I was not that impressed with the Copacabana beach area on Sunday evening when I arrived but first thing Monday morning it was gorgeous and not so full of so many people.

In much need of repairs and renovations. Debris in bathtub; water did not drain properly. The drawers were busted and do not close completely. Room had an odor to it and was not cleaned thoroughly. In spite of all this the hotel staff were wonderful.

The pool, gym, and full 6th floor were closed during our stay with no pre warning. The only compensation offered was a massage which given the amount we paid for 4 nights I was not very pleased. The rooms were also tiny. However, the staff and breakfast were great.
