Bonaventure Island Kid friendly Holidays

Our studio apartment was clean, spacious and modern. The location is outside of the Old Quebec area but only about a 10 minute uber drive away (we didn’t have a car) so not too far from the attractions and a grocery store is over one street.The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was great having a kitchen and a free laundry room. Although our room was on the second floor and there was no public elevator the staff used their freight elevator to take our luggage up and bring it down so we didn't have to hassle with luggage on the stairs. The only negative was there were some homeless people on the street a little ways down from Terminus. However, overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Great location with good restaurant attached. Parking is limited. Walls can be a bit thin .

We were so impressed with the rooms and amenities. All rooms were very large, clean and very nicely decorated. The kitchen was very nice. The location to old Quebec City was fantastic, close to many restaurants, the street with the umbrellas and waterfront, where you could catch a cruise or just stroll and enjoy the serenity. We will definitely be back. Parking was close by and check in was very easy.

Good hotel glad I stayed here

Four days here in a Studio - and yes, I do recommend it, but here is the lowdown: Location is okay - no great views (very marine-industrial) but there are a few decent restaurants a short walk away. The walled section of Quebec is all uphill, so be warned if you aren’t a good walker. No lobby - a side room that serves multi-purpose gift-wine-snack shop. Upstairs there is a lounge area with tables, chairs, sofas, and an outside area with no view to speak of, but fire-pits and chairs for relaxing. It’s also the breakfast room. Skimpy breakfast (coffee, apples, yogurt) The studio room itself: perfectly adequate, comfortable king bed (itchy linens) except for the lighting. I think it was designed for aesthetics — not practicality. Since everything is painted black, it is not a bright room and hard to even find some of the switches (and my vision is fine - a friend with not-so-great suffered). Bathroom lighting is ridiculous if you are styling your hair and you are brunette. Closet is pitch black - can’t even see the hangers! (also black). No cable if you are looking for local news or weather - steaming only using your phone, So have your passwords ready! Otherwise, go for it. Price is right, staff is friendly, it’s quiet, clean and comfortable.

The staff took great care of us and our dog. Breakfast was great and they even accommodate for us to be able to have breakfast with our blind dog. Great location and great rooms we will be back
