Nice food for breakfast, great service, provides daily room service. Staff are very friendly and they provide the essentials you need. Excellent location, very easy to walk to a lot of the tourist attractions

Good location for sightseeing or business, as the tram stop and subway station are nearby. plus excellent view from the restaurant at the top.

Good hotel, well placed just on the edge of the main Taksim strip - easy to walk into the pedestrian high street, but can still get a taxi straight up to the hotel. Close to all amenities. Clean, tidy, well looked after. Staff were incredibly warm, helpful & very diligent. Frequently visit Istanbul & would definitely visit this hotel again.

A huge shout-out to the incredible staff, and especially Natalie, for making our stay truly memorable. ​While exploring the property, we got a bit turned around trying to find the outdoor pool (the building's layout and floor elevations had us temporarily confused!). Natalie noticed us looking for our way and immediately stepped in. Instead of just giving directions, she took us on a quick, wonderful tour to show us the hotel's features and key access points. ​During our chat, I shared a few minor concerns I had, and she handled them with absolute professionalism—our room was successfully changed in less than 10 minutes to one with a much better view and a much quieter atmosphere! ​Thank you, Natalie and the entire team, for going above and beyond. Outstanding customer service like this is rare, and it completely made our trip. We will definitely be back!

The room had stained carpeting, mold in the shower near the lower moldings, smelled somewhat and had street noise. We requested another room that night but none were available. We were given a better room the next day with less staining in the carpet and upholstery but also not up to Four Seasons Standard that we usually get. Staff was very nice and helpful. Concierge was excellent!
