No towel changes. No daily cleaning, if you want to get that you need to arrange at booking. Our unit was a little dated and some items worn. Overall very happy with the stay.

Did not have the airport shuttle in my package. The taxi for 3 people was $30 one way. Be careful when selecting AI packages. I accidentally chose signature, which did not allow us to have even a drink at the other resorts. And our wristband could not access the bathrooms there either. Although we were allowed to use the other facilities beaches and pools. Did not work out so good without a drink or bathroom.

Great Hotel , great staff except one staff at the water slide , his name is Ceasar, Rey nasty to the guests. I complained about it at the concierge, they didn’t do anything.
