Our stay was in an annex building - too far from the main area - smelled of mold and musty. Room had everything you needed. They could not get the NFL game on in the bar - they didn’t carry the channel. Overall for the price not worth they stay. Is centrally located but so are many other hotels

Beautiful hotel, disappointing service
The hotel itself is beautiful, with lovely grounds and a very comfortable room. I was genuinely sad to leave early. Unfortunately, the service really affected our experience. The receptionist who checked us in was unfriendly and seemed annoyed when I tried to ask questions. I requested chamomile tea for the room, but it never arrived. I had also requested hypoallergenic sheets, which were not provided, and I experienced terrible itching.
The Wi-Fi did not work properly and reception was not helpful when we asked for assistance. The Tonic Health Club is also very small and was constantly full of children, making it difficult to relax.
Earth & Vine was closed, so we ate at 22 Bar & Restaurant. Prices were very high and the menu differed from the one online. However, the waiters were lovely and my partner really enjoyed his steak.
On my partner’s birthday, a lovely waitress offered to help with his cake and asked the manager if they could sing Happy Birthday. His negative reaction happened right in front of me, which was uncomfortable, although they eventually did it.
A gorgeous hotel, but sadly the lack of warmth and helpfulness from some staff really lets it down.
