Clean room. Expensive parking, daily amenities fee and not sure what they offered for the $35 per day.

I had a medical emergency on the second day of our stay and the staff were fantastic! I couldn’t ask for better care and support from a hotel staff.

This hotel had a great game and fire pit patio. It is across the street from Fisherman's Wharf. The rooms are small, parking is $65 and the shower head is low. They added plugs next to the bed, not to code, silicone them in the night stand. One of the best things is they gave us a S'more kit to roast on the patio fire pits. Very nice.

I love staying at the St. Francis. It’s my hotel of choice every time I visit San Francisco. The hotel is great, the staff professional, friendly and personable.

The Garden Dining area was stunning. The breakfast buffet and service were outstanding. The hotel is impeccable and well appointed.

The hotel was basically fine, but it was rather ridiculous that they did not include a complimentary bottle of water (except for Bon Voy members). The fact that they charged $7 for a bottle of water was quite insulting. I’ve stayed at hotels in many countries, and complimentary bottles of water are the norm. Please do better.

Funky, well-located hotel 2 blocks away from Union Square and the end of the Cable Car line. Coffee service not so great but the restaurant has breakfast you can buy. The room was good and not like a box hotel which we liked.

Early airport shuttle to airport. Early check in was nice also.
