A wonderful 'find'! Tucked away in a cobbled lane is this beautiful old, classy hotel! Wonderful ambience, lovely rooms with such a comfortable bed and lovely bathroom (including in ours, an old fashioned deep bath!), and great service. Add to that the generous and lovely breakfast delivered to your room, and the Establishment Hotel bar downstairs - large, buzzy, yet no noise from it up to the room, access on to lower George St with the light rail right outside the door, and you have the perfect place to stay. We will stay again!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast buffet. Good quiet location with a tram stop right outside. We've stayed twice and extended our stay. Will stay again.

Perfect suite for our family of four. The washer dryer in unit was a major plus. Great breakfast and superb location.

Beautiful hotel with a lovely lobby and staff. Patrons were a bit noisy, but otherwise a wonderful stay.

Great place to stay - love staying

Class all the way and Phillip at reception was brilliant. The advice he gave regarding local restaurants was well received and accurate. The only disappointment was we had only one night there! We will be back!
