The location is really convenient. We got a very noisy room (011), and there are people outside from early morning making noise. The bed was not the best, and there's a bump at the header. The breakfast is good, but a little bit expensive.

Excellent location. Easy access from LHR. EASY tube to all London.

Great facilities and value for money

Hotel was very nice with very large rooms. Everything was good, rooms just need alttle TLC and refreshing. Hotel close to a few Underground Stations and basically around the corner to the British Museum.

The concierge was lovely. Continental breakfast was also very nice, and the lady that served us was very helpful and kind. I was a little disappointed in the room. There was a dent in the headboard. There was a hole in the bathtub. The floor tiles in the restroom were cracked, and you couldn’t plug a hairdryer in. You had to dry your hair in the closet, which was large and there was a full length mirror and a safe. There was no outlet to plug in the teapot, so I had to plug that in on the floor. The location was excellent close to many wonderful restaurants and two grocery stores.

Our stay was amazing - the hotel and our room were impeccable- staff were exceptionally and helpful with any additional requests we had. Will be our regular hotel.

I felt very comfortable, safe, and take. care of here as a solo female traveler. I definitely recommend getting the deluxe room and will plan to be staying here again. It helps the food downstairs at the pub is great too!

Lovely hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Everything was clean and comfortable and we loved the area around the hotel and how easy transport was from there.

Friendly staff, easy to check-in, room was spacious but showed heavy signs of wear and tear. Handly transport links around the corner made this ideal for travelling into central London.

Great hotel in a great location. Very happy with the service as well as the accommodations. Air conditioning worked very well!
