I absolutely loved this hotel! The staff couldn’t do enough for us! The 2 ladies on Sun Morning really made me feel welcome and were so friendly and helpful! The hotel itself is really lovely and clean! I would highly reccomend

Nice-ish hotel decor, but relatively generic, could be anywhere. Beach wasn’t particularly special and had poor/no amenities. The main pool gets very over crowded. The hotel location is far away from any sights/attractions you might want to see. No food or drink service at all past 11pm in the hotel which is ridiculous. Some staff were helpful, others rude/nonchelant. Overall I would say very overpriced for what it is, you could definitely spend your money on a better experience.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, wonderful staff, so helpful and friendly. The room was perfect, so comfortable. The pool and restaurant is also beautiful and breakfast was incredible. We couldn’t recommend this hotel enough, so impressed and we will definitely be coming back. We couldn’t have asked for anything more, we loved it, it was heaven

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at Exalco and honestly don’t understand some of the negative reviews I read before coming here. After experiencing the hotel myself, I can say that the reality was completely different. One thing I noticed in Albania is that many hotels and resorts are family-run. You can really see how much hard work goes into running a place like this every single day. During my stay, there were so many tourists arriving and leaving, yet the staff were constantly working to make sure everyone was taken care of. Of course, no hotel in the world can be absolutely perfect every second when it is busy, but what matters is how they respond—and the team here genuinely cares. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with a smile. The receptionist was incredibly kind and friendly. We had a lovely conversation, and I was even offered a complimentary drink, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made me feel at home. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a lovely balcony where I could relax. If I needed anything, the staff were always willing to help. I even noticed that whenever a guest had an issue or requested something different, the reception team did their best to solve it immediately, whether that meant cleaning again, changing rooms, or providing whatever was needed. The swimming pool is beautiful, large, and perfect for relaxing after a day of travelling or exploring Shkodër. The location is also very convenient, especially if you’re driving through
