Beautiful 5 star experience

The environment is very clean, hotel is just in the centre of the city and near to many amenities, shops, restaurants and the Durres port. The customer service is top notch, amazing and tasty meals as well as buffet breakfast. The rooms are clean and spacious.

Great location and a great hotel!

Some overall issues with the power outlets (only one of them worked). Also, one night I got back to the hotel very late at night and my card would not unlock the door. Front desk staff came upstairs to let me in using their card, but that didn’t work either. The employee said that the battery must have run out, and I had to wake up the other guest in the room to let me in. It’s very inconvenient to be in this type of situation at 3am.

We stayed mid June on an all inclusive basis. The AI was very limited for drinks, we had to pay for tea and if you wanted anything other basic spirits, beer or wine. No tonic/mixers available even to buy, just fizzy orange, lemon or full fat coke from machine. Plastic glasses even at dinner, though I did just ask the staff for a glass and take it to the bar as all drinks were self service. No cocktails on offer the way it’s shown online as I’d have been happy to pay for these. I did buy great Aperol Spritz but I’d just asked for this - no menu showing what was available. The gym & Al la carte restaurant were closed which was disappointing. The foyer was being re- decorated. I got the impression it was an ‘out of season ‘ vibe as all the theme nights etc you see online didn’t take place. This may all seem negative but we did have a good time, I think you just need to manage expectations. We paid less than £1000 for 2 people for a week - which was still good value. The staff were very helpful and the concierge arranged transport and a restaurant booking for a fantastic evening in Tirana. The food was fairly good, plenty of choice and we always found something we could eat. A criticism would be that you just found your own table, which meant my husband and I had to go up at different times to buffet as we’d have lost the table otherwise as the staff just cleared whatever was there if no one was sitting. I’d say this was a decent 3 star hotel.

I loved the hot tub in the room. And the location was good for walking around. Lovely clean room.

Beautiful 5 star experience

Loved the hotel, central for everything. Spa was lovely. Only negative, the cooked food at breakfast was only luke warm, by the time you sat down to eat, it was cold. Reported to staff, but nothing was done to improve . We only ate the other items at breakfast, bit disappointing for a 4 star hotel, could of been much better!!

My staying at "Arc Hotel Tirana" was wonderful. The hotel offered outstanding service, immaculate rooms, and a fantastic location. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort and convenience.

Slept like a baby, the room was amazing. It didn’t have mini bar in my room but everything else was perfect.
