The staff was AMAZING. Hector, Melony, Michael, EVERYONE was amazing. They went out of their way to make our stay exquisite and make sure we were comfortable. They even helped us find some fun restaurants and have other great advice. The rooms were also amazing, in my opinion it's the perfect room for a small family. Had a large comfortable bed and 2 pull out couches. Everything was perfect. Thank you Melony, Hector, Michael and the GM, and all others who make up Hotel Puerto Valdés. A beautiful place I'll never forget

Room was clean and quaint. The location is fantastic. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay there again. Great deal for the location and price. One thing to note that might matter to you depending on who you are traveling with, the bathroom does not have a door.
